The deputy director of the Mexican Wind Energy Association (AMDEE), Julio del Valle, revealed in Aristegui Noticias that six companies of that group filed the first 14 appeals challenging the change of rules for granting clean energy certificates, considering that due process and the Mexican population's right to a cleaner environment were violated.
