Winds of change: Mexico's 98% commuter railroads run on wind power
Ninety-eight percent of the energy demand of Mexico's suburban railroads comes from wind energy, which helps the country reduce polluting emissions from its transportation system, said Héctor Treviño, executive director of the Mexican Wind Energy Association (AMDEE).
